Electric has just announced three seriously smoking new polarized sunglass models that will benefit project BLUE for 2010 – a surf industry collaboration where part of the proceeds from products sold go to support the more than fifteen ocean-focused non-profit organizations under the SIMA Environmental Fund, which includes the Surfrider Foundation.
Check out the details and the rest of the collection after the jump.
The Hoy Inc. is a smaller version of pro-surfer Matt Hoy’s signature model. It features solid wrap-around style and durable snap-lock hinges. Polarized options include matte black, gloss black and tortoise colored frames.
The OHM III blends together bold style and full coverage for the third installment in Electric’s OHM series. With strong attention to detail and a durable, grilamid frame, the gloss black OHM III is built to be noticed.
The Mutiny is the first signature sunglass for pro-surfer and environmental activist, Dave Rastovich. Building off of the smooth lines of Electric’s Shotglass frame, the Mutiny adds some metal flare for a relaxed, yet aware, style.
The Hoy Inc. and OHM III are available at retail now. The Mutiny will be available in December.
